The development consists of 206,000 sf with 113,000 sf already completed. There are 6 major national retailers including Michaels, Winners, Princess Auto, Value Village, Dollar Tree, and PetSmart. This site is now being called the new power centre for the growing region of Owen Sound.
The final phase of construction will commence in Spring of 2023, completing the site.
